Day 72: Fruit Salad Sandwich
Some may think that we have weird taste in food. That, we do not deny. We think this is a pretty awesome sandwich but we shared it with a friend and he said it was an "acquired taste." So you be the judge.Fruity Salad Sandwich
1 full pita per person
1 apple
1 can pineapple drained
2 thingys of celery
2 stalks green onion
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1 avocado sliced
vegan feta cheese
In your handy dandy food processor pulse all of your fruit to make a compote. fill your pita and top with sunflower seeds, green onion, avocado, and feta cheese.
